1Mind is building Autonomous Customer Experience software — AI agents that engage buyers across the entire customer journey via voice and chat. As Product Manager for Platform, you'll own the 1Mind Console, the primary interface where customers configure, deploy, integrate, and manage their AI agents. You'll drive end-to-end ownership of the Console experience: information architecture, navigation, onboarding, configuration flows, error handling, and complexity management. A key focus is designing how an AI assistant helps customers configure and operate the platform conversationally, including defining what actions it can take and ensuring those actions remain understandable and trustworthy. Your responsibilities span workflow configuration (balancing expressiveness for advanced users with simplicity for first-timers), integrations (authorization, permissions, object/field mapping, sync behavior, failure recovery), and reducing friction in the deployment lifecycle. You'll partner closely with engineering on reusable capabilities underneath the UI — permissions, integrations, configuration, and system state — so recurring problems are solved once rather than repeatedly. You'll run usability sessions and customer conversations directly, translating friction into clear product direction for engineering and design. You'll also work with Customer Success to distinguish one-off requests from broader product problems worth solving. The role requires 4+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, ideally with exposure to self-serve products, admin tools, integrations, workflow builders, or other complex product surfaces. You should have strong product judgment, comfort running usability research, and systems thinking to reason about how permissions, data, and integrations interconnect. Technical curiosity around APIs, data models, and failure modes is essential, though an engineering background is not required. Preferred qualifications include early-stage startup experience, familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC), exposure to revenue/GTM technology, and fluency with AI prototyping tools. This is a high-ownership role with significant surface area during rapid growth. You'll work directly with the Head of Product and have real freedom to shape how customers interact with the platform.
