Ellipsis Health is seeking a Product Manager to own analytics and reporting for Sage, our Voice AI Care Manager that delivers empathetic, real-time conversations to help health plans and care management teams scale outreach and improve member outcomes. You'll report to the Senior Director of Product Management and serve as the bridge between our complex data infrastructure and customer value. In this role, you'll own multiple interconnected areas: (1) Implementation & Data Operations—act as the primary product lead for new customer data deployments, rapidly resolving file ingestion issues and data mapping discrepancies; (2) Customer-Facing Analytics Strategy—take ownership of our analytics and reporting experience, driving rollout of data insights and leading discovery for expanded reporting functionality for Payer and Provider partners; (3) Operational Readiness—ensure internal clinical and operations teams are prepared for campaign execution and systematize onboarding workflows; (4) Internal Reporting & Analytics—lead strategic evolution of our internal reporting architecture on our modern BI suite, designing dashboards for Customer Success and Commercial teams; (5) Performance Metric Strategy—partner with product leadership to define how we represent Sage's performance to the market, establishing core metrics for different user personas; (6) Cross-Functional Leadership—drive day-to-day execution and agile ceremonies for a matrixed team of data and QA engineers. Within 6–9 months, success means: scaling reporting capabilities across the customer base with high-value insights proving Sage's ROI, drastically reducing manual overhead in data file resolution and customer onboarding, executing migration of key reports onto your modern BI platform, and establishing unified company-wide data dictionary and reporting standards. You bring 3+ years of Product Management or highly technical Business Systems/Data Analytics experience with a track record of driving cross-functional data initiatives. You're proficient in SQL, understand modern data architecture (data lakes, ETL pipelines, data modeling), and ideally have hands-on familiarity with Databricks, Airflow, and Sigma or similar BI platforms. You have demonstrated operational grit—willingness to dive into manual troubleshooting and tactical operations while building toward automated solutions. Healthcare data experience (payers/providers, population health metrics, clinical workflows) is valued. You've designed, launched, or scaled B2B analytics, reporting dashboards, or data products consumed by enterprise customers. You thrive with startup mindset: writing against ambiguity, owning failure modes, and adapting quickly.
