As a Product Manager, you will shape how millions of developers experience AI-powered code review across IDEs, Git platforms, CLIs, and the web. The role sits at the intersection of developer empathy, frontier AI capabilities, and commercial impact. You'll work on surfaces and use cases where the playbook hasn't been written yet, with AI models improving under your feet every quarter.
Depending on your experience level, you will own a surface, product line, or the roadmap itself. Core responsibilities include: driving discovery, definition, and delivery end-to-end from customer conversations and data analysis through specs, launch, and iteration; building relationships with developers and engineering leaders; understanding frontier model capabilities and designing for emerging possibilities; prototyping with AI tools to validate ideas before committing engineering resources; shipping fast and measuring success through adoption and retention; partnering deeply with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams; and bringing structure to ambiguous problems with no precedent.
The company explicitly hires across all levels and calibrates scope, title, and compensation to candidate experience. You should have sharp product judgment formed from customer conversations, usage data, and hands-on product use. You ship quickly and take pride in post-launch iteration. You're AI-native in your work, using AI tools daily for prototyping, analysis, and writing. You're technical enough to go deep with engineers, read pull requests, and understand model behavior—an engineering background helps but isn't required. You communicate clearly to drive decisions across engineers, customers, and executives. You're energized by ambiguity and see emerging AI product surfaces as opportunity.
Ideal candidates have experience building products for developers or technical users (as PM, founder, engineer-turned-PM, or equivalent), a track record of shipping products or features that real users adopted, and evidence of ownership beyond job description. Senior candidates should have experience taking products from 0-to-1 or 1-to-scale, owning outcomes (revenue, adoption, retention), or building and leading product teams. Nice-to-haves include experience at developer-focused companies (GitHub, Vercel, Postman, Datadog), strong understanding of software development and Git workflows, founder or early-stage operator experience, and familiarity with product-led growth, platform integrations, or enterprise sales.
