Cyera is building the security operating model for the age of AI. The company provides a unified control plane that understands relationships between data, access, and behaviors across humans, systems, and AI—moving beyond traditional perimeter controls and static policies to enable secure AI adoption at enterprise scale.
You will join Cyera's newly established AI Security group as a Senior Product Manager, owning product initiatives across the entire AI security lifecycle. Your responsibilities span three core areas: enabling enterprises to discover AI sprawl across their environments, establishing governance frameworks for AI agents and models, and enforcing data protection controls in a world where models represent new attack surfaces.
Your day-to-day work involves partnering with world-class R&D teams to push technical boundaries, engaging CISOs and security architects at Fortune 500 companies to understand real-world constraints and regulatory pressures, and collaborating with go-to-market teams to translate customer needs into product strategy. You'll synthesize signal from noise in a rapidly evolving threat landscape—new models, new attack vectors, new regulations—and translate that into product decisions before competitors have framed the question.
This role is deeply strategic, deeply technical, and deeply consequential. You'll operate at the edge of what's happening in enterprise AI security, defining what enterprise-grade AI security looks like from scratch. The environment is fast-paced and sometimes chaotic, but that's intentional: the problem space shifts constantly, and you'll thrive in that dynamic setting.
You should have a track record of shipping complex, high-impact products in security or infrastructure domains, strong technical acumen to engage R&D teams, and the ability to synthesize customer feedback into coherent product strategy under uncertainty.
