Ramp is building intelligent infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. The company handles payment authorization, risk flagging, spend categorization, and financial close processes. As Product Manager for AI Revenue Systems, you'll own the data and execution layer powering Ramp's AI-driven GTM platform. Your core responsibilities include: **GTM Agentic Tooling & Workflows**: Build AI-powered tools for SDR prospecting, Solutions discovery, and channel partner execution. These are high-context, high-value motions that are largely greenfield opportunities. **GTM Data Platform**: Define data contracts, schemas, and pipelines that enable GTM intelligence. Own account scoring, routing, and assignment systems that determine which accounts receive attention and from whom. Drive new data acquisitions that expand what AI agents can reason over. **Cross-functional GTM Support**: Serve all GTM motions (SDR, Solutions, Channel) with flexible systems while maintaining opinionated standards. Understand distinct workflows and incentives across the GTM organization. **Measurement & Iteration**: Build evaluation frameworks, feedback systems, and dashboards to measure adoption and impact. Close the loop by making sales reps active participants in system improvement. You'll work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Finance, and Sales leadership. The role emphasizes shipping quickly, learning from real user feedback, and iterating in short cycles. This is foundational infrastructure work—the systems you build enable everything else in the GTM platform. Ramp's median customer saves 5% on costs and grows revenue 16% in their first year. The company operates at the frontier of enterprise AI agents, tackling unsolved problems around reliable background execution, human-agent collaboration, and feedback loops that compound organizational advantage.
