CTERA Networks is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead AI and data security initiatives within their product portfolio. This is a hands-on senior role focused on one of the company's most advanced and central products, requiring deep expertise in both product management and the evolving AI/cybersecurity landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams throughout the full product development lifecycle
- Translate complex customer needs and technical challenges into clear product requirements, use cases, and user flows
- Drive product features from initial definition through development, release, and customer adoption
- Identify and develop opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies within the product
- Engage directly with customers and prospects to understand their environments, challenges, and workflows
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams
- Stay current on developments across AI, DSPM (Data Security Posture Management), data security, data governance, and cybersecurity
- Analyze competing products and technologies, bringing relevant insights into product strategy
- Manage multiple priorities with strong execution discipline and attention to detail
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise technology (required)
- Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem, including current and emerging technologies and their enterprise applications (required)
- Proven experience working on complex, technical enterprise products with close R&D collaboration (required)
- Experience in DSPM, data security, data governance, identity security, or adjacent cybersecurity domains (strongly preferred)
- Strong technical orientation and analytical thinking
- Hands-on, proactive, and highly accountable approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments
