Synack is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the Sara AI product suite, a flagship offering within their Penetration Testing as a Service (PTaaS) platform. The Sara AI product suite represents Synack's cutting-edge, AI-powered security solutions that help Global 2000 customers and U.S. agencies discover assets, identify critical vulnerabilities, and understand root causes of security risks. In this high-impact role, you will drive vision and strategy for the Sara AI product line, translating business objectives and market insights into impactful AI-powered security features. You'll partner closely with the executive team, engineering leadership, and key stakeholders across the organization to shape the product roadmap and ensure alignment with overarching business goals. Key responsibilities include: leading product strategy and roadmap development; collaborating cross-functionally with customers, partners, sales, and leadership; partnering with engineering to drive execution velocity and manage technical trade-offs; enabling go-to-market initiatives through product enablement and value positioning; monitoring product adoption and AI model efficacy through data-driven metrics; engaging with industry analysts and the cybersecurity community as a subject matter expert; and maintaining deep market awareness of AI and cybersecurity trends. You'll need 5+ years of dedicated product management experience with a proven track record owning B2B SaaS or cybersecurity product roadmaps. Hands-on experience deploying AI-driven features is essential, along with demonstrated technical literacy in managing model trade-offs, AI trust/safety, and secure AI adoption. Strong cross-functional leadership, startup agility, and strategic communication skills are critical. A BA/BS in Computer Science, engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) is required; an MBA is a plus. Synack's PTaaS platform has uncovered over 71,000 exploitable vulnerabilities to date and operates in a FedRAMP Moderate Authorized environment, serving a growing list of enterprise and government customers.
