Lucid Software, a leader in visual collaboration and Forbes Cloud 100 company, is seeking a Product Manager to drive AI innovation across its platform. This role sits within a dedicated innovation team focused on bringing collaborative AI products, agentic workflows, and canvas-native generative features to market. You will own the AI platform strategy and evaluation framework in partnership with Lucid's AI leadership group. Key responsibilities include partnering with product teams to identify, test, and de-risk new AI capabilities through rapid prototyping and experimentation; shaping Lucid's AI product development process, evaluation strategy, and experimentation practices to enable fast, high-confidence decision-making; and staying at the forefront of modern AI systems, agentic architectures, and developer tooling to inform product strategy. You'll develop deep customer expertise by understanding how teams think, collaborate, and solve problems visually, translating those insights into AI experiences that feel natural, useful, and trustworthy. You will own AI platform capabilities and evaluations from strategy through launch, working closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Product teams to deliver scalable foundations that enable innovation across the organization. Required: 4+ years of B2B SaaS product management with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch. You must have experience bringing agentic AI products to market in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. Strong understanding of modern AI systems—including agent architectures, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI evaluations, and quality/latency/reliability/cost tradeoffs—is essential. Exceptional product judgment, ability to identify emerging technology opportunities, and proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships are required. Preferred: Direct experience leading innovation or new product discovery teams, especially in rapid learning and derisking non-deterministic features; experience with visual collaboration, spatial computing, or digital whiteboarding platforms; experience mentoring other PMs on AI product lifecycle best practices. Lucid offers a hybrid workplace model, allowing flexibility based on role and team needs. The company values teamwork, innovation, individual empowerment, and diversity.
