Traba is building an AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor and expanding into broader operational workflows. The company has embedded itself deeply in manufacturing and logistics operations, generating proprietary data from millions of shifts and maintaining strong enterprise relationships. Backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst, Traba is now launching an agentic platform that synthesizes marketplace data and operates autonomously within customer supply chain workflows. As a founding Product Manager on the Agents team, you will architect and steward product strategy for Traba's AI agent platform. This is a true 0-to-1 role at the frontier of applied AI, where you'll design and ship production agents that understand context, reason through ambiguity, make decisions, and execute work on behalf of users. You'll embed deeply in customer operations to understand workflows firsthand and validate ideas rapidly alongside design partners. Key responsibilities include: architecting product strategy for the agent platform; solving complex customer problems by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities; writing detailed product requirements and partnering with product engineers and ML teams; rapidly prototyping and validating ideas with customers; designing agent systems that orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute meaningful work; defining product behavior and quality frameworks; using data to uncover patterns and answer key questions; evolving the AI product portfolio with deep understanding of model capabilities; and communicating complex concepts across all organizational levels. You should have 3–5 years of PM experience with evidence of launching products from scratch and driving meaningful customer outcomes. Critical qualifications include experience building AI-native products or customer-facing agent systems (not just AI features, copilots, or chat interfaces), strong technical abilities to work as a peer with ML engineers, ability to read evaluations and reason through system performance, comfort operating in highly ambiguous startup environments, and hands-on experience building with modern AI systems. You should be a first-principles thinker who understands systems deeply, a customer-embedded builder comfortable working shoulder-to-shoulder with early customers, and a scrappy operator who moves quickly and embraces ambiguity. This role reports directly to the VP of Product.
