Traba is building an AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor and expanding into broader operational workflows. The company has embedded itself deeply in manufacturing and logistics operations, generating proprietary data from millions of shifts and maintaining strong enterprise relationships. Backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst, Traba is now launching an agentic platform that autonomously operates within customer supply chain workflows.
As a founding Product Manager on the Agents team, you will architect and steward product strategy for Traba's AI agent platform—a 0-to-1 role at the frontier of applied AI. You'll embed deeply in customer operations to design and ship production agents that understand context, reason through ambiguity, make autonomous decisions, and execute work on behalf of users. This is positioned as "Claude for Light Industrial businesses."
Key responsibilities include: architecting product strategy for the agent platform; solving complex customer problems by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities; writing detailed product requirements and partnering with product engineers and ML teams; rapidly validating and prototyping ideas with customers and design partners; designing agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute meaningful work; defining product behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks; using data to uncover patterns and answer key product and system questions; evolving the AI product portfolio with deep understanding of model capabilities and system architecture; visualizing and communicating complex concepts from system behavior to business impact; and socializing work across all levels and departments.
You should have 3–5 years of PM experience with evidence of launching products from scratch and driving meaningful customer outcomes. Critical qualifications include: experience building AI-native products or customer-facing agent systems (not just AI features, copilots, or chat interfaces); strong technical abilities and comfort operating alongside ML engineers as peers; ability to read evaluations, reason through system performance, and prototype ideas; experience in highly ambiguous startup environments with fast iteration cycles; deep familiarity with modern AI tools and hands-on building experience; and a builder mentality with scrappy problem-solving skills. You should be a first-principles thinker comfortable with rapidly evolving models and assumptions, and a customer-embedded builder who believes in shoulder-to-shoulder product development. The role reports directly to the VP of Product.
