Peec AI is a visibility platform for AI search, helping marketing teams measure and understand how brands appear in AI-generated answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Mode, and Copilot. The company grew from $0 to $10M ARR in 16 months and is now ~80 people based in Berlin with a growing New York presence.
You will own the agentic product surface at Peec AI, defining and building the agent layer from the ground up. This involves designing the agent harness itself and the user experience around it. You'll work directly with the company's largest agency and brand customers to build specific agents for them first, then scale those solutions to other users. Your role bridges product strategy and execution, working alongside data scientists, AI engineers, and frontend engineers to turn customer needs into scalable product features.
Key responsibilities include: owning the end-to-end agentic product surface; building proactive agents that watch brand activity across AI search and surface actionable insights; working directly with key customers to scope and validate agent requirements; translating customer-specific solutions into generalizable product; and maintaining high standards for interface quality and design.
You should have 3+ years building excellent software products, ideally at a startup or fast-moving company. Critical experience includes having built an agent harness or proactive agentic system in a B2B or prosumer context—something that acts on user data rather than just suggesting actions. You need real working experience alongside data scientists and AI engineers, strong customer-facing instincts, and high design standards. You operate independently and are comfortable owning an entire product surface with minimal direction. The role requires five days per week in the Berlin office.
Bonus qualifications include an engineering background with production code, founder experience, or prior work on AI-driven or search-related products.
