You will lead the Lovable agent product end-to-end, owning quality, roadmap, and feedback loops that drive continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role shaping how the agent reasons, acts, and delivers value for millions of users across one of the platform's most consequential surfaces. Key responsibilities include: - Synthesizing agent performance data and user behavior findings, bringing insights to the team with clarity and conviction - Running full-cycle discovery: user interviews, competitive research, evaluation analysis, prompt experimentation, and messaging strategy for new agent capabilities - Establishing and maintaining the quality bar for agent outputs through eval infrastructure, regression monitoring, and release-by-release improvements - Ruthlessly scoping features: shipping the right slice, validating through user feedback and metrics, and cutting what doesn't work - Enabling sales, support, and marketing teams with context and materials to communicate agent capabilities effectively - Initial focus areas: rebuilding the agent evaluation framework to catch regressions early, discovering and addressing the biggest gaps in agent reliability and trust, and defining the first iteration of improved error recovery and user communication You'll join a small, talent-dense team in Stockholm that values extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. The company is building a generation-defining product at the frontier of AI-assisted software creation.
