You will own critical parts of Torq's agentic AI platform, focusing on how agents are managed, how they interact with security operations center (SOC) users, and how they reduce system-critical metrics and threat exposure. This is a product management role at the intersection of agentic AI and cybersecurity automation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the development and adoption of Torq's agentic platform across its full lifecycle, from user experience to prompt engineering
- Become a subject matter expert in Torq's AI SOC offering and broader platform
- Serve as the customer advocate within the organization, ensuring product decisions align with critical customer needs
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver capabilities and stay current with state-of-the-art AI trends
- Leverage product analytics and AI-driven analysis to identify user needs and surface issues proactively
Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years of product management experience, with strong understanding of agentic and LLM products (UX through technical stack). You should have at least 2 years in the cybersecurity market, ideally in SOC-adjacent domains such as SecOps, incident response, threat intelligence, or threat hunting. Extensive experience with automation products and APIs is essential—you should be comfortable understanding systems architecture. Data-driven decision-making and excellent English communication skills are required.
