Salary: EUR 100,000 - 200,000 / annual
Veeva Systems is a mission-driven public benefit corporation pioneering industry cloud solutions for life sciences. As a Product Leader on the Data Cloud team, you will head a cross-functional squad of 10-100 FTEs including data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and operations managers. You will define product strategy and drive end-to-end execution for next-generation data products serving both internal teams and external customers across Clinical and Commercial domains.
Key responsibilities include: defining and owning the product roadmap for impactful data solutions; leading multi-disciplinary teams toward a shared vision; establishing success metrics and quality assurance frameworks; and ensuring seamless feature deployment to production. You will leverage modern GenAI and traditional technologies to innovate continuously, maintaining unmatched data quality and operational efficiency. The role spans high-throughput data pipelines, curation tools, web applications, and direct data APIs.
You will engage directly with users and stakeholders through interviews and insights gathering, collaborating closely with core Software Product and Engineering teams to align roadmaps and drive strategic alignment.
Required qualifications: 10+ years of product management experience with demonstrated expertise in data-centric product management (data pipelines, analytics, APIs, data platform tools). You must have a proven track record leveraging AI and automation technologies to boost speed, efficiency, and data quality. Technical and analytical depth is essential—ability to dive into operational details including human data curation workflows and complex data quality metrics while maintaining strategic perspective. Strong cross-functional leadership skills required to rally technical teams around unified outcomes.
