As a Product Leader on the Data Cloud team, you will head a cross-functional squad of 10-100 FTEs including data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and operations managers. You will define product strategy and drive end-to-end execution for data products serving both internal teams and external customers in the Clinical and Commercial domains.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining, owning, and executing the roadmap for impactful data products
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams toward a shared product vision
- Establishing key success metrics and designing quality assurance frameworks
- Ensuring high-standard features are seamlessly deployed to production
- Applying cutting-edge tools including GenAI and human-in-the-loop data curation
- Conducting user interviews and collaborating with Software Product and Engineering teams
You will work across high-throughput data pipelines, curation tools, web applications, and direct data APIs. The role emphasizes innovation, data quality, and operational efficiency.
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Demonstrated track record in data-centric product management (data pipelines, analytics, APIs, data platform tools)
- Proven ability to leverage AI and automation technologies
- Technical and analytical depth with ability to understand operational details and complex data quality metrics
- Proven cross-functional leadership of technical teams
- Fast learner with team-first attitude and strong communication skills
