You will lead the Payroll Platform product, owning the roadmap and strategy for the corrections feature—a critical capability that handles retroactive data changes and their cascading impact across tax filings, pay runs, reports, and employee paystubs. This is a complex technical domain requiring both product vision and cross-functional leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap and strategy for corrections, defining how the feature scales to support Rippling's largest customers
- Set the vision and direction for payroll product evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data) to deliver a straightforward, performant user experience on top of complicated technical infrastructure
- Balance performance at scale, accuracy, and explainability in a mission-critical system
- See the forest from the trees—translate complex technical constraints into clear product strategy
You will work on a product that sits at the center of Rippling's compound software architecture, where payroll data connects across the entire business graph. This role requires a seasoned product leader who can navigate ambiguity, drive alignment across teams, and deliver elegant solutions to hard problems.
