As Product Lead for Payroll in India, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Rippling's offerings in the Indian market. This is a strategic role focused on understanding the unique regulatory, compliance, and customer needs specific to India's payroll and HR landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing deep market knowledge of India's payroll, tax, and compliance requirements
- Defining the product roadmap and vision for the Indian market
- Collaborating closely with design, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to build compliant, effective solutions
- Working with sales, implementation, and support teams to launch and continuously improve products
- Synthesizing customer feedback, market insights, and stakeholder perspectives into product strategy
- Ensuring the product is effective, efficient, and easy to use for Indian businesses
You will be responsible for making Rippling's payroll product successful in India by understanding local market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and customer pain points, then translating that into a compelling product experience.
