As Senior Product Manager for Inpatient Clinical Workflows, you will own two core product pillars: (1) Inpatient Scribe—a documentation experience purpose-built for hospitalists and specialists handling the full complexity of rounding, handoffs, multidisciplinary coordination, and discharge summaries; and (2) Chart Summarization (Patient Summary & Chart Chat)—an AI-powered layer enabling clinicians to rapidly synthesize patient history and interact conversationally with the medical record.
You will define and execute the Inpatient Scribe roadmap grounded in deep understanding of inpatient documentation workflows, EHR integration requirements, and the unique complexity of multi-encounter days and team-based rounding. You'll drive measurable clinician outcomes including time-to-chart, documentation completeness, and reduced after-shift charting, while demonstrating clear ROI for hospital administrators. You'll own quality metrics—accuracy, latency, note completeness, workflow completion rates—and systematically eliminate pain points driving support escalations or clinician drop-off.
For Chart Summarization, you'll own the product vision and roadmap for Patient Summary and Chart Chat within inpatient settings, defining the summarization experience that surfaces the right clinical context at the right moment (admission summaries, problem-oriented views, medication reconciliation, overnight event recaps, trend analysis). You'll establish rigorous evaluation frameworks for summarization accuracy, completeness, and clinical safety, partnering with Clinical AI/ML teams and clinical advisors.
You'll work closely with engineering, design, Clinical AI/ML, and go-to-market teams. The role requires being in the San Francisco office 3 days per week.
