As Product Lead, AI Growth, you will define strategy, roadmap, and execution for Airwallex's next-generation AI-powered products at the intersection of fintech, AI/ML, and global financial operations. You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and platforms, from ideation through launch and optimization. Key responsibilities include mentoring and leading a team of product managers, defining and championing product vision while balancing innovation with business needs, and partnering across engineering, data science, design, compliance, and commercial teams.
You will drive Product-Led Growth initiatives including in-product nudges, rewards systems, cross-sell automation, and lifecycle features to enhance adoption, retention, and revenue. The role involves building and shipping hands-on AI/ML-powered products such as copilots, agents, chatbots, and recommendation systems—not just integrating existing models. You'll leverage AI-driven technologies and data insights to innovate, improve user experience, and reduce operational friction across payments, treasury, cards, and B2B financial operations.
Additional responsibilities include leading customer service and support automation development, ensuring compliance and responsible AI practices in regulated domains, and launching products across multiple regions and languages in a fast-paced global environment. Required qualifications include 7+ years of product management experience owning complex, multi-surface products end-to-end, hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products with deep technical fluency, data-driven problem-solving with strong analytical rigor and experimentation track records, and builder mindset with stakeholder management skills. Preferred experience includes fintech/payments background, growth/PLG product work, technical AI/ML background, and multi-region product launch experience.
