Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, serving as one of the world's fastest-growing enterprise SaaS companies. You will lead a product team within the Business Apps division, focusing on Front Office solutions spanning Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and Commerce. Business Apps are purpose-built solutions addressing the most impactful pain points for specific lines of business, serving as best-practice examples of innovative Celonis platform usage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and leading a team of product managers who work directly with customers, account teams, and internal Product and Engineering counterparts
- Defining product strategy and roadmap for the Front Office domain within the broader Business Apps strategy
- Understanding customer pain points in Front Office operations and adjacent areas
- Guiding the full product development lifecycle from ideation through scaling across the customer base
- Developing innovative solutions using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform
- Collaborating with platform product managers and engineers to influence feature development
- Working with UX teams to define user experience
- Creating organizational alignment across Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Value Engineering, and Sales
You will directly impact how companies run customer-facing processes and help customers accelerate value realization with Celonis.
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years in operational Front Office functions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce), Solution Engineering, Enterprise CX Software, or comparable roles
- Deep understanding of Front Office solutions including CRM, Sales and Service Automation, Marketing and Commerce Platforms, and Customer Experience Platforms
- Comprehensive knowledge of CX market and industry trends
- Strong expertise in product development and go-to-market strategies with a track record of successful product launches
- Demonstrated experience in product marketing, messaging, and positioning
- Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills across organizational functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
