Rippling is hiring a Product Lead to build and scale its Device Management business within the broader Rippling IT platform. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on owning ambitious product problems in IT infrastructure, working closely with engineering and design teams to ship products that transform how companies manage IT.
The role addresses a critical market shift: modern IT environments are fragmented across devices, apps, permissions, data, AI tools, and automated agents. Legacy IT stacks (separate device management, identity, ticketing, inventory, compliance, and access governance systems) create operational friction exactly where enterprises need unified control.
Rippling IT consolidates these functions into a single platform: identity, devices, inventory, support, AI governance, and compliance on one data graph. Policy is set once and enforced everywhere. Device Management is a broad, technical product area spanning device administration, software deployment, reporting, and IT team workflows for fleet security, reliability, and productivity.
You'll own the product strategy and execution for Device Management, going deep into technical complexity while maintaining sight of the broader system architecture. The role requires learning complex domains quickly and translating technical sophistication into simple, powerful, intuitive experiences for IT teams and end employees. AI governance and automation are central to the vision.
