As Product Lead for Care Delivery, you will own the product strategy and execution for the core care delivery platform that connects patients with healthcare providers and AI agents. This role involves leading cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, clinical) to build and scale features that improve patient outcomes and provider efficiency. You'll work closely with clinical stakeholders, health plans, and health systems to understand care delivery workflows and translate them into product requirements. The role requires balancing rapid iteration with regulatory compliance in healthcare, managing competing priorities from multiple stakeholder groups, and driving product decisions based on clinical evidence and user research.
You'll be responsible for defining product roadmap, setting OKRs, conducting user research with patients and providers, analyzing product metrics, and collaborating with engineering to deliver high-quality features. This is a high-impact role at a critical growth stage where product decisions directly influence patient health outcomes and business growth.
