Collective is a fintech platform empowering self-employed professionals and small business owners with integrated financial services—from incorporation and accounting to bookkeeping, tax services, and community access. You will serve as Product Lead, owning the vision, strategy, implementation, and outcomes for core product areas while driving expansion into high-growth new verticals. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll architect category-defining functionality, embedding cutting-edge AI directly into the platform's core surface layer. Key responsibilities include: - Owning product area vision, strategy, and business outcomes for assigned core areas - Collaborating with AI engineers and subject matter experts to build AI-driven product experiences, including intelligent automation using LLMs and agentic systems - Working with operational teams to identify where product automation and AI can unlock efficiencies - Leading and inspiring a cross-functional team to ship innovative experiences - Analyzing business and product performance to focus the team on highest-leverage opportunities balancing long-term growth with immediate needs - Managing roadmap and team processes to enhance quality and execution velocity - Driving cross-functional partnerships and external collaborations for strong business outcomes - Defining frameworks and metrics to measure team impact and monitor progress The role is hybrid, based in San Francisco with flexibility for remote work.
