The Product Lead for Armenia will drive Alan's product strategy and execution to support healthcare transformation in Armenia. This role involves leading dedicated product teams (designers and engineers) while coordinating with global product areas and a local operations team to deliver on contractual obligations and member experience goals. Key responsibilities include: developing and executing product strategy that serves both government public health objectives and member experience, with targets for coverage rollout, member satisfaction, and operational reliability; leading product teams to deliver enhancements and features with effective prioritization across parallel workstreams; collaborating with global product areas to adapt innovations to the B2G model and local healthcare context; partnering with local operations, government relations, customer care, and the national health IT platform to align product development with operational readiness and regulatory expectations; implementing data-driven decision-making using analytics to inform strategy and measure impact on member access, operational efficiency, and government trust; and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team. Required qualifications: at least 6 years of product-related experience (Product Manager, Founder, or Business Strategy) with a track record of delivering complex systems at scale; history of working on software products that delight users in fast-paced environments from ideation to release; proven experience in product management, ideally involving B2G, public sector, or regulated environments where end users and paying entities differ; strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies under high uncertainty and political sensitivity; excellent leadership and communication skills for cross-functional teams and stakeholder collaboration ranging from engineers to government officials; fluency in English with Armenian proficiency as a strong plus; healthcare, insurance, or government services experience is a plus but not required; ability to work with distributed teams and coordinate across geographical locations is valued.
