As Product Lead, AI Growth, you will define and drive strategy, roadmap, and execution for Airwallex's next-generation AI-powered products at the intersection of fintech, AI/ML, and global financial operations. This is a high-impact, strategic role shaping the future of global payments, treasury, cards, and B2B financial operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and platforms, from ideation through launch and optimization
- Mentor and lead a team of high-impact product managers
- Define and champion product vision and roadmap, balancing innovation with business needs
- Partner with engineering, data science, design, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, secure AI solutions
- Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives including in-product nudges, rewards, cross-sell systems, and lifecycle automation
- Build and ship hands-on AI/ML-powered products such as copilots, agents, chatbots, and recommendation systems
- Lead development of customer service and support automation including bots and self-serve flows
- Ensure compliance, transparency, and responsible AI practices in regulated domains
- Launch products across multiple regions and languages in a fast-paced global environment
Required qualifications: 7+ years of product management owning core product areas end-to-end for complex, multi-surface products with 0→1 or early-stage experience. Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products with deep technical fluency in ML systems training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Data-driven, growth-oriented problem solver with strong analytical rigor and track record running experiments to improve activation, adoption, or retention. Builder mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: fintech/payments/treasury/cards experience, prior work on growth/lifecycle/PLG products, technical background in AI/ML/data science/engineering, experience building customer service automation, and experience launching products across multiple regions and languages.
