Netflix is seeking a Product Integration Manager to lead product integrations with new aggregation partners as part of the Commerce Product team. This role serves as the primary product point of contact for partner onboarding, collaborating across product managers, engineering teams, partnerships, finance, and external partners to assess integration requirements and guide partners through the full integration lifecycle. Key responsibilities include leading product integrations with aggregation partners, analyzing partner requirements and recommending optimal integration models that balance business needs, technical feasibility, and scalability. You will coordinate and execute partner product release activities, establish and manage a product development roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize integration approaches and reduce complexity. The role requires preparing and delivering clear product communications including internal updates, strategy forums, and roadmap presentations. You will manage partner-facing reporting including viewing data summaries and KPI reports, and continuously gather feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to iterate on integration playbooks and onboarding processes. Partnering with go-to-market teams ensures product capabilities are understood, documented, and effectively enabled for individual partners. This position is based in the Los Gatos office with a hybrid model, though remote candidates on PST timezone are considered with travel to Los Gatos required as needed. The role requires 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology. You should have demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules, building and evaluating operating models, and developing and executing product roadmaps.
