Salary: USD 136,000 - 170,000 / annual

As a Product Implementation Specialist, you will own the technical setup and configuration work that enables Scribe's enterprise deals to succeed. You'll work at the intersection of sales and product, partnering closely with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to deliver proofs of concept and ensure customers can quickly realize value. Key responsibilities include: - Delivering proofs of concept end-to-end: user provisioning, workspace configuration, and integration setup - Troubleshooting configuration issues versus product bugs and escalating appropriately to internal teams - Running technical portions of customer calls, including admin walkthroughs and end-user onboarding sessions - Creating configuration guides, troubleshooting runbooks, and documented processes that the go-to-market team can reuse - Reducing time-to-value for POC engagements so customers can make informed decisions quickly - Providing Product with specific, evidence-based feedback on setup friction points that impact deal progression - Collaborating with Product to access new features early and shape platform improvements You'll spend significant time in the product and on customer calls, acting as a product expert and trusted technical advisor. The role requires comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes—you'll help build playbooks and best practices as you execute. Location: San Francisco (SOMA office), hybrid with 2-3 days per week in office. Requirements: - 1-3 years in a customer-facing technical role at a SaaS company (pre-sales, implementation, technical support, or solutions engineering) - Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical business stakeholders - Comfort operating with limited documented process and willingness to build processes while executing - Ownership mindset: takes initiative to advance active deals forward Nice-to-have: - Prior experience using Scribe or similar documentation/enablement/knowledge management tools - Exposure to enterprise security reviews or InfoSec questionnaires - Experience building small solutions using scripting or AI tooling - Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or SAP
