Scribe is a specialized intelligence platform used by 94% of the Fortune 500 and 7 million users across 600,000 businesses. The company automatically captures how work happens and turns it into a living asset that helps people and AI agents do their best work. Founded in 2019, Scribe is valued at over $1 billion and backed by leading investors. You will lead the go-to-market strategy behind Scribe's shift from a horizontal motion to a verticalized approach. This role owns how Scribe's platform shows up for economic buyers in functional teams (Finance, IT, Ops) and vertical industries (insurance, healthcare). You'll develop deep market intelligence on each function and industry, then equip Sales and Customer Success teams with positioning, messaging, collateral, customer stories, and product training needed to win. Key responsibilities include: developing targeted, persona-specific messaging and positioning for functional and vertical buyers; conducting research to understand customer use cases, KPIs, and AI-powered efficiency approaches; building comprehensive plans for each vertical buyer group including target personas, playbooks, and channel partner strategy; creating customized collateral (sales presentations, website copy, tailored demos, case studies); enabling GTM teams with messaging and plays; and measuring revenue impact by attributing programs directly to new business acquisition and expansion. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Finance, and Revenue Operations. This is a high-impact role blending strategy, storytelling, and execution. You'll join customer calls, listen to Gong recordings, detect patterns in customer data, and distill insights into emotionally resonant messaging that GTM teams can execute. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Product Marketing, or a combination of Product Marketing, Product Management, or Product Strategy. You have deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales-assisted motions, comfort in fast-growing startups, fluency with revenue organizations, and experience in product, growth, or revenue operations. You think like a GM about revenue impact, show creativity in identifying opportunities, and have extreme ownership mentality anchored to measurable business outcomes.
