Veeva Systems, a public benefit corporation and leader in life sciences cloud software, is seeking a Product Expert for Clinical Data Management based in Hyderabad, India. This role bridges product strategy and customer success, focusing on Veeva's EDC (Electronic Data Capture) and DQS (Data Quality System) platforms used in clinical trials.
You will serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert, driving customer adoption and value realization across Veeva's clinical data solutions. Key responsibilities include building and fostering engaged user communities through forums, webinars, and online platforms; representing the product organization in customer meetings and industry events; and championing product capabilities around AI, risk-based decision making, and regulatory compliance.
As the voice of the customer, you will gather and synthesize feedback from clinical trial teams, IT departments, and executives, then relay insights to the US-based Product Management team to inform product roadmap decisions. You'll collaborate with internal teams (Services, Sales, Support, Strategy) to create release education content, drive best practices adoption, and ensure customers understand how Veeva's innovations solve their clinical trial challenges.
This is ideal for someone with deep clinical data management expertise who is passionate about emerging technologies, particularly AI applications in clinical trials. You'll stay at the cutting edge of digital transformation in life sciences while helping customers navigate their own transformation journeys.
The role requires 5+ years in clinical data management (typically from product, consulting, or implementation backgrounds), hands-on experience with Veeva EDC and/or DQS, and the ability to translate between business requirements and technical specifications. You should be comfortable presenting to diverse audiences, analyzing customer data, and working across time zones. Travel of 15-30% is expected. SQL knowledge and fluency in Indian languages are nice-to-haves.
