Veeva Systems, a mission-driven public benefit corporation and pioneer in industry cloud for life sciences, is seeking a Product Expert for Clinical Data Management based in Bengaluru. This role bridges product and customers, driving adoption and success of Veeva's Clinical Data Management applications—specifically Veeva EDC (Electronic Data Capture) and Veeva DQS (Data Quality System). You will serve as the product evangelist and subject matter expert for the Indian market, building and fostering engaged user communities through customer forums, online communities (Veeva Connect), and industry events. Your responsibilities include providing product education, communicating product roadmap directions, and championing key enhancements such as AI and Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) capabilities. You'll translate complex product vision and technical specifications into clear, actionable language for diverse stakeholder groups—from business users and IT departments to executive leadership. As the voice for customers, you will gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback, feeding insights into release planning and product innovation cycles. You'll collaborate with Product Management teams (based in the US), Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support to deliver valuable content and resources that drive customer value and product adoption. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on experience in the clinical data management space, typically from Product Management, Consulting, or Professional Services/Implementation backgrounds. Recent direct experience with Veeva EDC and/or Veeva DQS is essential. You must be able to understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical product requirements, and you should have a strong passion for emerging technologies—particularly AI—and the ability to articulate how AI-driven features solve clinical trial challenges. You'll interact regularly with customers across business and technical levels, both in-person and remotely, including conducting software demonstrations and presentations. Strong analytical and communication skills (written, verbal, and formal presentations) are critical. The role requires 15-30% travel and is based in India, with preferred locations in Bengaluru or Hyderabad. SQL knowledge and fluency in an Indian language are nice-to-have qualifications.
