As a Product Engineer, Care Delivery, you will design and build the next generation of operational and AI-powered tools that support care delivery across Hopscotch's clinics. This role sits at the intersection of care model operations, product management, and data/AI platform teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with frontline clinical and operational teams to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Rapidly building software solutions that enhance care delivery
- Leveraging shared data infrastructure and platform capabilities to solve real-world healthcare challenges
- Collaborating across product, operations, and data/AI teams to translate clinical needs into technical solutions
- Contributing to tools that directly impact patient outcomes and clinician efficiency
