Path Robotics is seeking a Product Enablement Training Manager to own the technical training strategy end-to-end. This is a high-impact individual-contributor role that bridges Engineering and the field, turning product innovations into real-world adoption, safety, and uptime.
You will design, build, and maintain comprehensive training curriculums for both internal fleet technicians (covering maintenance, troubleshooting, and service) and customer operators (focused on safe, efficient daily operation of autonomous welding robots). You'll partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to translate release notes, new features, and technical manuals into engaging, actionable field training materials.
Travel is a significant component of this role—up to 40% of your time will be spent at customer sites and fleet locations delivering hands-on training, gathering field feedback, and evaluating curriculum effectiveness. You'll build scalable, repeatable training frameworks and certification programs that grow alongside the company's fleet expansion.
Key responsibilities include tracking and measuring training outcomes using data on feature adoption, certification completions, and support ticket trends to continuously optimize programs. You'll serve as the voice of the field back to Product and Engineering, highlighting friction points in tooling, documentation, or user experience. You'll also maintain, version, and continuously update all training materials as hardware and software rapidly evolve.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in technical training, curriculum design, or customer enablement, ideally within robotics, industrial equipment, or manufacturing. You should have proven ability to design and roll out technical training programs from scratch, strong skills in converting complex engineering documentation into intuitive learning for diverse audiences, and exceptional in-person instruction abilities. Self-direction and comfort acting as the single owner of the training function are essential. Bonus experience includes LMS platforms, welding or manufacturing domain knowledge, or supporting both internal tech teams and external customers.
