As Product Enablement Lead, you'll be the connective tissue between Product and the field (AEs, SCs, partners, customers, and support teams). You'll serve as the go-to product expert for the go-to-market organization, ensuring everyone understands the product deeply and quickly as Levelpath ships fast.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and deliver product training across multiple audiences: live sessions, self-paced content, and certification checkpoints
- Onboard new hires on the product and get them field-ready quickly
- Run new-release showcases, translating each release into actionable messaging and demo workflows within days of ship
- Build and maintain custom demo workflows and demo data tailored to key personas and industries
- Contribute to and evolve demo certification flows to keep reps consistently demo-ready
- Own customer and partner enablement programs (e.g., Ranger Academy)
- Run marketing webinars and represent Levelpath at events, showcasing the product live
- Partner with Product to surface field feedback and shape future product development
You'll need 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, product enablement, or related B2B SaaS roles. You're genuinely fast at learning technical products and explaining them simply to diverse audiences. Strong demo instincts, confident presenting (live, webinars, stage, async), and experience building or running enablement programs are essential. Bonus experience includes procurement, fintech, or ERP/spend-management exposure, and building demo environments. You must be able to work out of the San Francisco office.
