Levelpath is a modern AI procurement platform for global enterprises, founded in 2022, on a mission to make procurement delightful. The company provides a complete view of spend for procurement, finance, legal, and IT—from intake and sourcing to contracting and payment—with built-in AI delivering contextually relevant answers and uncovering valuable opportunities. As Product Enablement Lead, you'll be the connective tissue between Product and the field (AEs, Solutions Consultants, partners, customers, and support teams). You'll serve as the go-to product expert for the go-to-market organization, ensuring everyone understands the product deeply and quickly as Levelpath ships fast. Key responsibilities include: - Design and deliver product training across multiple audiences: live sessions, self-paced content, and certification checkpoints - Onboard new hires on the product and get them field-ready quickly - Run new-release showcases, translating each release into actionable messaging and demo workflows within days of ship - Build and maintain custom demo workflows and demo data tailored to key personas and industries - Contribute to and evolve demo certification flows to keep reps consistently demo-ready - Own customer and partner enablement programs (e.g., Ranger Academy) - Run marketing webinars and represent Levelpath at events, showcasing the product live - Partner with Product to surface field feedback and shape future development based on insights from all audiences you train You'll need 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, product enablement, or a product-adjacent role in B2B SaaS. You're genuinely fast at learning technical products and explaining them simply to diverse audiences. You have strong demo instincts, are comfortable building in the product, and are a clear communicator and confident presenter across live, webinar, stage, and async formats. Experience building or running enablement or education programs (customer/partner academies a plus) is essential. Bonus skills include procurement, fintech, or ERP/spend-management exposure, and experience building demo environments.
