Immersive Labs is a leading cyber resilience platform trusted by 30%+ of the Fortune 100. The company helps organizations test whether people, AI-enabled workflows, security teams, and leaders can perform securely under realistic pressure, then turn that performance into evidence for improvement and readiness reporting.
You will join the Product team as a Product Designer, reporting to the Director of Product Design. This is an individual contributor role focused on owning product problems end-to-end—from early discovery and definition through validation, detailed design, delivery, and iteration. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape experiences that delight users and expand market leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own delivery of specific product features end-to-end within a quarter, adhering to high standards and supporting quarterly goals
- Partner with Product and Engineering to explore solutions, challenge assumptions, and make evidence-led decisions
- Transform complex cybersecurity data into clear, intuitive user interfaces using human-centered design methods (success scenarios, information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes)
- Formulate and validate design hypotheses using quantitative and qualitative research
- Design across journeys, information architecture, workflows, and reusable patterns—not isolated features
- Use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to accelerate exploration and delivery
- Ship feature updates that directly influence team KPIs, considering broader platform impact
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI in Figma, contributing to the design system
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and growth of the Product Design practice
You think beyond individual screens, considering end-to-end journeys and how decisions scale across complex B2B products. You are a strategic sparring partner for Product Managers and Engineering, bringing research and evidence to validate design decisions through experimentation and real-world usage.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid experience in product or UX design, particularly within SaaS enterprise, data-rich products, and platform environments (cybersecurity experience advantageous but not essential)
- Proven ability to own work from problem definition through shipped outcomes, with deep understanding of human-computer interaction
- Confidence using research and data to make and explain design decisions
- Proficiency in Figma with excellent storytelling skills to frame work clearly (target audience, desired outcomes, design reasoning, constraints)
- Curiosity about new ways of working, including AI-enabled design and prototyping
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with product managers, engineering partners, and external customers
- Strong interest in Object-Oriented UX (OOUX) and grounding design choices in foundational human motivations
- Growth mindset demonstrated by setting personal goals, giving/receiving constructive feedback, and outlining growth potential
- Strong visual and interaction design craft balanced with focus on customer and business outcomes
