The Product Designer (Platform) role is part of Revolut's Product team, which shapes the experiences powering the platform. You will design internal systems and tools that enable the company to operate at scale, turning fragmented workflows into structured, scalable solutions for business-critical areas including AI tooling, customer support platforms, financial infrastructure, and internal back-office systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Design complex internal platforms and tools for global operations, support, compliance, and AI workflows
- Architect large-scale systems, mapping end-to-end behaviors, states, and interactions across multi-step processes and edge cases
- Build scalable UI/UX patterns while balancing speed, usability, and technical constraints in internal tools
- Transform ambiguous, fragmented, or highly technical requirements into clear product logic and usable interfaces
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations Managers to unify product logic
- Identify bottlenecks in internal processes and redesign them for scale and performance
This is a senior individual contributor role focused on solving complex design problems at scale. You will work across multiple teams and have significant influence over how internal systems evolve to support Revolut's rapid growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience designing world-class products in-house, ideally internal tools or platform experiences
- Portfolio featuring examples of complex product or systems design work
- Impressive design skills across web platforms
- Ability to think strategically about product and articulate design decisions
- Solid understanding of technical implications in design decisions, including backend-driven workflows
- Ability to take ownership of design processes
- Focus on UX and understanding of how operational users behave
- Comfortable designing data-heavy interfaces, including complex states, tables, and dense workflows
- Knowledge of typography and grids
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related technical field
- Programming skills and ability to code simple prototypes
- Expertise in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments
- Familiarity with Android and iOS
