The Product team at Revolut shapes customer experiences by turning complex problems into simple, scalable solutions through collaboration across Design, Engineering, and Data. This Platform Product Designer role focuses on building internal systems and tools that enable the company to operate at scale. In this position, you will design complex internal platforms and tools supporting global operations, customer support, compliance, and AI workflows. You'll architect large-scale systems by mapping end-to-end behaviors, states, and interactions across multi-step processes and edge cases. Your work will involve building scalable UI/UX patterns while balancing speed, usability, and technical constraints in internal tools. You'll transform ambiguous, fragmented, or highly technical requirements into clear product logic and usable interfaces. Key responsibilities include partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations Managers to unify product logic, and identifying bottlenecks in internal processes to redesign them for scale and performance. You'll take ownership of design processes and focus on understanding how operational users behave, particularly when designing data-heavy interfaces with complex states, tables, and dense workflows. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of experience designing world-class products in-house, ideally internal tools or platform experiences - Portfolio featuring examples of complex product or systems design work - Impressive design skills across web platforms - Ability to think strategically about product strategy and articulate design decisions - Solid understanding of technical implications in design decisions, including backend-driven workflows - Ability to take ownership of design processes - Focus on UX and understanding of how operational users behave - Comfort designing data-heavy interfaces, including complex states, tables, and dense workflows - Knowledge of typography and grids NICE TO HAVE: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related technical field - Programming skills and ability to code simple prototypes - Expertise in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems - Experience in fast-paced startup environments - Familiarity with Android and iOS
