As a Product Designer on the Contract Orchestration team, you will design customer-facing features for Zip's procurement platform, focusing on contract lifecycle management (CLM) capabilities including redlining, renewals, and obligation management. You'll work on real features that are immediately used by enterprise customers, collaborating closely with legal and procurement teams to enhance their workflows through thoughtful AI integration. Key responsibilities include: - Contributing to CLM features from concept through launch - Partnering with engineers, product managers, and go-to-market stakeholders to brainstorm, define, and implement new features - Conducting UX research and designing solutions in collaboration with product and customer-facing teams - Iterating rapidly on designs based on user feedback - Participating in design reviews with the broader design team - Working cross-functionally with product designers across the organization You'll be supported by experienced designers, PMs, and engineers who prioritize craft, collaboration, and building consumer-grade experiences for complex enterprise workflows. The role requires hybrid attendance at the San Francisco office (3 days per week). REQUIREMENTS: - 3-5+ years of professional design experience at a startup or resource-restricted organization, with a track record of shipping great designs at a fast pace - Experience shipping at least one full product or significant feature end-to-end as the lead designer - Demonstrated ability to iterate with engineers and team members on both visual and UX designs - Strong presentation, collaboration, and communication skills - Empathetic understanding of your work's audience and customers - Strong visual design skills without sacrificing usability - Understanding of technical constraints in building web applications - Experience using AI tools in your workflow (Claude, Figma Make, Cursor, or similar prototyping tools)
