Bumble is seeking a Product Designer to shape the user experience of its flagship Date product, a mobile dating platform built on principles of respect and equality. You will own the design of user flows, interactions, and visual design from concept through polished delivery, working closely with product managers, engineers, and user research partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing user-centered experiences across mobile platforms, translating product requirements and user insights into interaction models, high-fidelity designs, and working prototypes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (UXR, PMs, engineers) throughout discovery, synthesis, and iteration phases
- Contributing to shared UX patterns and design system components to ensure consistency and craft across the product
- Using AI-powered design tools thoughtfully to accelerate exploration and prototype ideas
- Presenting and defending design decisions with clear articulation of how choices connect to user needs, product goals, and company values
- Treating inclusive design and accessibility as fundamentals, not afterthoughts

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience designing high-quality digital products with mobile platform experience (alternative backgrounds demonstrating equivalent skills considered)
- Strong visual and interaction design skills; work is considered, polished, and reflects genuine care for craft
- Developing strong product thinking: ability to ask "why" before "how" and connect design decisions to outcomes
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to inclusive design and accessibility as fundamentals
