The Product Designer role is central to shaping Revolut's customer experiences. You will lead the design process from discovery through delivery, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to turn complex financial problems into simple, elegant solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to define customer needs and pain points
- Identifying and owning key success metrics for design projects
- Conducting research and user testing to inform complex product decisions, such as launches in new territories or new feature offerings
- Designing end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that balance simplicity with attention to detail
- Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops to validate design decisions
- Presenting design solutions and technical implementations during design reviews
- Analyzing release performance and iterating based on learnings
You will work across iOS, Android, and web platforms, contributing to a product ecosystem used by tens of millions globally.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of professional experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product design work
- Proficiency in design across iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Ability to think strategically about product direction and articulate design rationale
- Solid understanding of technical implications in design decisions
- Ownership mindset and ability to drive design processes independently
- Strong UX focus with understanding of human behavior and psychology
- Clean visual design sense with skills in typography and grid systems
- Problem-solving orientation and comfort being challenged
NICE TO HAVE:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Programming experience and ability to code simple prototypes
- Experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems
- Background working in fast-paced startup environments
