With 13,000+ employees worldwide, Revolut is looking for a Product Designer to shape the next generation of financial experiences.
In this role, you will lead the design process from discovery through delivery, partnering closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists. You'll own the entire design lifecycle: researching customer needs, defining success metrics, wireframing and prototyping end-to-end flows, conducting user testing workshops, and iterating based on release performance. Your work will span iOS, Android, and web platforms, with a focus on turning complex financial problems into simple, elegant solutions that delight customers.
Key responsibilities include identifying and validating customer needs through research, designing world-class commercial applications with meticulous attention to detail, running guerrilla and formal customer testing, presenting design decisions during reviews, and measuring impact through key metrics. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where design excellence and problem-solving are paramount.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house
- Portfolio demonstrating product design work
- Proficiency in design across iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Ability to think strategically about product and articulate design decisions
- Solid understanding of technical implications in design choices
- Ownership mindset for design processes
- Strong UX focus with understanding of human behavior
- Clean visual design sense with skills in typography and grids
- Problem-solving orientation and comfort with challenge
NICE TO HAVE:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Programming experience and ability to code simple prototypes
- Experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments
