With 80+ million customers and 13,000+ employees worldwide, Revolut is experiencing rapid growth and seeking a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customer needs and shape product experiences. You'll identify key metrics for projects and take ownership of their success. Your responsibilities include researching and presenting findings to support complex company goals such as launching in new territories and introducing new features. You will design products that solve problems elegantly while attending to detail—from wireframing through end-to-end flows and prototypes. You'll conduct guerrilla and customer testing workshops, implement technical solutions, present work during design reviews, and analyze release performance to identify enhancements.
This is a hands-on design role where you'll work across iOS, Android, and web platforms, thinking strategically about product direction while executing pixel-perfect interfaces. You'll be part of a team that values problem-solving, customer focus, and the ability to turn complex financial challenges into simple, beautiful solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house
- Portfolio featuring examples of product design work
- Impressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Ability to think strategically about product strategy and articulate design decisions
- Solid understanding of technical implications in design decisions
- Ability to take ownership of design processes
- Focus on UX and understanding of human behavior
- Clean visual design sense with skills in typography and grids
- Love for problem-solving and being challenged
NICE TO HAVE:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related technical field
- Experience programming and ability to code simple prototypes
- Experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
