The Product team at Revolut shapes customer experiences by turning complex financial problems into simple, scalable solutions through collaboration between Design, Engineering, and Data teams.
As a Product Designer, you will lead the design process from discovery through delivery, always keeping customer needs at the center. You'll partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customer problems and design elegant solutions. Key responsibilities include:
• Partnering across functions to define customers and identify their needs
• Identifying key metrics for projects and owning their success
• Conducting research and customer discovery to inform complex company goals, such as launching in new territories and developing new features
• Designing products that solve problems simply and elegantly, from wireframes through end-to-end flows and prototypes
• Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops
• Implementing technical solutions and presenting design decisions during reviews
• Analyzing release performance, extracting learnings, and identifying enhancement opportunities
You'll work on world-class commercial apps across iOS, Android, and web platforms, with a focus on UX, human behavior, and clean visual design.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house
• Portfolio demonstrating product design work
• Impressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
• Ability to think strategically about product and articulate design decisions
• Solid understanding of technical implications in design decisions
• Ownership mindset for design processes
• Strong focus on UX and understanding of human behavior
• Clean visual design sense with skills in typography and grids
• Problem-solving mindset and comfort being challenged
NICE TO HAVE:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related technical field
• Programming experience and ability to code simple prototypes
• Experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
