The Product Designer role is central to shaping Revolut's customer experiences. You will lead the design process from discovery through delivery, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to turn complex financial problems into simple, elegant solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to define customer needs and pain points
- Identifying and owning key success metrics for design projects
- Conducting research and customer testing (guerrilla and workshop formats) to inform complex initiatives such as new territory launches and feature releases
- Designing end-to-end flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes across iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Taking ownership of the design process and articulating design decisions at review sessions
- Analyzing release performance and identifying opportunities for enhancement

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house
- Portfolio demonstrating product design work
- Proficiency in design across iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Ability to think strategically about product and articulate design rationale
- Solid understanding of technical implications in design decisions
- Ownership mindset for design processes
- Strong UX focus with understanding of human behavior
- Clean visual design sense with skills in typography and grids
- Problem-solving orientation and comfort with challenge
NICE TO HAVE:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related technical field
- Programming experience and ability to code simple prototypes
- Experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments
