As a Product Designer, you will report directly to the Head of Product Design and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, customer experience teams, and senior leadership. You'll work on designing and shipping features across Fresha's entire product platform, bringing fresh perspectives to all product areas. Key responsibilities include: - Partnering with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, leadership) to design and ship features - Communicating your vision and designs effectively to key stakeholders - Taking accountability for high design quality and contributing to team culture through knowledge sharing - Building product knowledge by speaking with internal experts, monitoring feedback channels, and conducting user research - Setting up, running, and synthesizing learnings from user research studies and benchmarking exercises - Turning complex problems into simple, elegant solutions that truly address customer needs - Designing and prototyping interfaces with meticulous attention to detail, from lightweight explorations to complex prototypes You'll be joining a stellar design team with members from top-tier companies including Sky, Dyson, Renault, and ASOS. The role is office-based in London, requiring 5 days per week on-site. Requirements: - 4-6 years of professional experience in a product design role - Exceptional visual and user interface design skills grounded in user-centered design principles - Strong sense of consistency, color, typography, and attention to detail - Experience working with design systems to produce beautiful and functional design that scales - Ability to grasp complex issues and distill them into clear, focused solutions - Ability to effectively communicate product direction under tight deadlines - Excellent communication skills, composure under pressure, creative problem-solving, and passion for design - Ability to translate design concepts into production through collaboration with leadership and engineering teams - Self-starter with a proactive approach, comfortable thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
