Bolna is a platform for building and deploying multilingual, human-like Voice AI Agents that handle inbound and outbound calls at scale. The company serves enterprises and fast-scaling teams managing high-volume phone workflows in recruitment, support, operations, and collections. Bolna dynamically routes calls across the best ASR, LLM, and TTS models by language, latency, and cost, enabling human-like conversations without extensive infrastructure tuning.
In this role, you will be a hands-on, high-agency designer with a strong product mindset. You will own end-to-end product experiences, converting user needs into high-impact UI flows, visual designs, and brand assets. You'll work across the full journey from vision to execution to launch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing end-to-end product experiences for how users create, train, and launch Voice AI agents
- Conducting funnel analytics and identifying user drop-offs; using data to inform design decisions and ideate improvements
- Recognizing recurring friction points in customer workflows and designing scalable UI solutions
- Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Shipping real features and driving product ideation alongside engineering and business partners
This is not a pure UI/graphic design role. You will actively co-own outcomes with engineering and business, making trade-offs to deliver production-ready experiences. You'll sit at the intersection of design, engineering, data, and business strategy.
The company operates with a high-velocity, impact-driven culture emphasizing rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. AI is used across the organization to move faster with higher-quality results.
Requirements:
- Portfolio demonstrating your problem-solving process (formal credentials and years of experience are not required)
- Strong product and analytics sense; ability to think deeply about feature impact, conversion funnels, and success metrics
- Visual and UX craft; ability to design clean, intuitive interfaces for complex, data-heavy workflows
- Execution instinct and bias toward shipping; comfort working through ambiguity in an early-stage product
- Bonus: ability to engage with technical details alongside engineering partners
