You will join the In Person Payments division as Product Delivery Manager for the Partner Scale team, which focuses on device fleet management at scale. This is a greenfield opportunity to build from scratch—you'll own the end-to-end product, roadmap, and commercial relationships with Mollie's key partners and large multi-store merchants.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the complete product and roadmap for Partner Scale, maintaining close relationships with key partners and customers
- Take the device management solution from proof of concept to General Availability
- Define KPIs for performance and reliability metrics
- Automate manual processes across the device lifecycle (ordering, deployment, configuration, customization)
- Enable partners and merchants to programmatically manage hundreds or thousands of devices
- Lead a dedicated engineering team with hands-on ownership and commercial focus
- Represent your domain in senior forums and drive cross-functional alignment independently

Requirements:
- Proven track record building products from scratch and/or scaling them
- Experience running and managing a team of developers
- Hands-on ownership mindset, not process-focused
- Strong commercial affinity with genuine customer empathy from close user/customer collaboration
- Technical background (some form of technical foundation required)
- Ability to work independently, represent your domain in senior forums, and drive cross-functional alignment without heavy management support
