As Product Delivery Lead, you'll own partner success for a core product area, sitting directly within a product squad alongside PMs, engineers, and designers. This is not a services role—you're embedded in the product organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end implementations from requirements and solution design through configuration, validation, launch, and impact measurement
- Translating partner goals into robust product setups that solve today's problems and scale over time
- Developing deep product mastery in your area—partners should view you as interchangeable with the Product Lead
- Troubleshooting complex issues independently by leveraging available tools and data analysis
- Understanding cross-product opportunities and identifying integration seams before partners do
- Converting partner needs into clear business outcomes (retention, advisor capacity, student success metrics) and communicating in language relevant to each stakeholder (registrars, advisors, etc.)
- Identifying manual, repetitive work as technical debt and driving solutions through better configurations, playbooks, or product feedback
- Defining quality standards for each partner context and holding work to those standards
- Identifying patterns across partners and escalating systemic issues to the product squad
You should have 3+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation, solutions engineering, or similar partner-facing delivery roles. You've owned a product area before and achieved near-zero mastery gaps versus your product counterpart. You're comfortable querying data, testing integrations, and troubleshooting without routing everything to engineering. You form hypotheses before partner calls, work fluently with CSVs and query editors, and have built strong credibility with both partners and internal teams. You're willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Stellic offers competitive salary, meaningful equity, health insurance (99% premium coverage, 75% for dependents), 401(k), commuter benefits, and annual international retreats. The culture emphasizes flexibility, outcomes, trust, and autonomy.
