HoneyBook is seeking a Product Data Analyst to join its Data team in Tel Aviv. You will drive data-driven product decisions for HoneyBook's AI-powered business management platform, which serves over 25 million client relationships and has processed $12 billion in transactions.
In this role, you will own performance and user behavior analysis across critical product areas, defining and tracking KPIs that directly influence product strategy. You'll partner closely with product leaders to deepen understanding of user behavior and develop strategies to increase engagement and optimize usage. You'll design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and uncover market trends, then proactively identify opportunities for improvement and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
You'll bring a strategic, high-level view of company data while remaining hands-on with analysis and delivery. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication of data-driven insights, and the ability to guide stakeholders through complex narratives.
Required qualifications: 4+ years in a similar role working closely with product teams; excellent analytical skills with deep understanding of product and user needs; strong SQL proficiency with extensive hands-on experience; hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Looker, Tableau, or equivalent tools; strong sense of ownership and track record of driving meaningful impact.
