NMI, a global leader in payment technologies, is seeking a Product Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across acquiring operations and merchant lifecycle products. This role bridges product, operations, and business intelligence, transforming large datasets into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, merchant growth, product adoption, and financial performance. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Operations, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Support teams to deliver analytics and reporting across NMI's acquiring ecosystem, including ISO management, Merchant Central, ScanX, business capital solutions, and other operational extensions. Key responsibilities include leading collection, analysis, and interpretation of operational and product data to drive strategy and growth; building analytical frameworks that empower teams to make data-driven decisions; conducting opportunity sizing, forecasting, trend analysis, and operational performance analysis; designing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into KPIs, operational health, merchant performance, and product adoption; creating executive-ready visualizations and narratives; developing self-service reporting capabilities; monitoring data quality and transaction integrity; investigating anomalies, breakages, settlement discrepancies, and reconciliation issues; analyzing large transactional datasets to uncover trends and growth opportunities; and collaborating with Engineering and Data teams to define event tracking and data collection standards. This is ideal for someone who loves diving deep into data, building scalable reporting frameworks, uncovering trends and anomalies, and translating complex operational metrics into clear business insights. Strong SQL skills and expertise in Tableau are essential. You thrive in fast-paced fintech environments and enjoy solving complex operational and product problems through data.
